Hello there, we recently started using the quite new (if I am not mistaken) “GTIN, UPC, EAN, or ISBN” field to add our inventory system ID to products, so we can later import our invoices to the inventory system and have the stock properly synchronized. Now, this works fine but we stumbled upon a problem that the values in this field must be unique for each product/variant.
The problem is that in our store we have some products duplicated for retail and wholesale customers. They are the same products but have different prices, different descriptions and so on.
Is there any way to disable the uniqueness requirement for this field? Or is there any other field better suited to do the job?
