shaky on mobile

Hi,

please help me out with the set up on mobile. When I scroll the page on mobile the site is shaky, It can be moved to the left and right.

I had it sorted out a year ago but it looks like some updates changed it again.

If I am not mistaken it was solved with the Overflow = hidden option. But that does not work any longer.
