Since a week or 3 I’m having this bug where prices in the shop are being displayed as ex. VAT prices. I have no idea what’s causing this and this was never a problem before. It seems it has something to do with the countries we sell to settings. Website visitors in that country see the correct prices but visitors outside the country / with a VPN / or unclear location see incorrect prices. This was never the case before. I always saw the incl. VAT prices. The incl. VAT prices are being corrected at checking out.
The settings are correct: we enter prices incl. tax and we have the correct tax rates applied.
If you see prices for a single sachet of yoghurt for 4,45 > this is the ex. VAT price. I need to show the incl. VAT price at 4,89.
