Slight confused here lol we are going round in circles.
Product: Multuchannel for WC by CedCommerce
I have tried the instructions on Woo website – however the “three dot menu” where the refund request is said to be – there is no three dot menu next to the order?
I contacted the CedCommerce support who initially said ” that person is on leave”? WT…?
Now another support person for CedComm mentions contact support on Woo.com. Filled in the form ( it asks which product I need help with – MultiCHannel for WC) – and it looks like the enquiry has gone to this same support person. Who again has stated “Did you try to contact Woo support team? please contact to them and initiate the refund. We will accept from our end.”
Another link sent by the CedComm support person sends me to a foreign website?
So rather confused here – who is dealing with the refund? Woo or CedComm. Lol its been going on for a week now.
Whatever this means or says about how CedComm is managing things for their customers(!) – bottom line – can we just get this seemingly simple task sorted between you?
