I have the classic cart and use the mini-cart. I cannot remove an item from the cart or change quantities. I have swapped to Twenty Twenty-Five – that did not fix it. I then turned off all plugins other than WooCommerce and worked out it if “Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce” is off the functionality works as expected. If I turn it back on, it does not work.
In the browser console I get:

The plugin support say:
“That is a WooCommerce Javascript file and unrelated to the Stripe plugin. Specifically, that error means the jQuery block addon is not being loaded. WooCommerce uses the block addon to show the loading overlay on the cart page when the quantities are updated.
Check to make sure jQuery isn’t being enqueued multiple times on your site as that can cause that issue.”
I am not a developer and would appreciate help on this. I have read other threads on this issue but they have not helped.
