I’m encountering an issue where the payment for an order is successfully captured in Razorpay, but in WooCommerce – the order status initially shows as “Pending Payment.” After some time, the order status unexpectedly changes to “Cancelled,” despite the payment being received. Later, after 1-2 hours or more, the status switches back to “Processing.” This causes confusion as the payment is confirmed, but the system is not reflecting the correct order status.
Additionally, this situation creates a negative impression for the customer, as an SMS and email are sent once the order status is marked as “Cancelled,” which causes unnecessary confusion for the customer.
I would appreciate it if anyone could provide a solution for this issue as soon as possible.
