I’ve been running my WooCommerce store for three years, and have never seen a transaction with a 100% discount. Today I received an order for 16 items (8 of one, and 8 variations of another), and for each item, the order shows a discount applied equal to the entire amount.
I’m using Acowebs Dynamic Pricing plugin to provide quantity discounts for various quantities, but in no case is that higher than 20%. On the Cart page, there is a “Coupon Code” option, but it’s unclear if that is a hook added by this plugin, or provided by the core WooCommerce code.
Since each product is showing no cost, and since I provide a free shipping option, there was no actual charge on the order, so no tracking of a payment method.
Suggestions on how to diagnose how someone created an order like this?
