I have this same problem and thought I had it fixed by making some of those links in the nav bar private. But then the cart stopped working since that was one of the links and since I set it as private it wasn't accessible.
Did you ever get this resolved?
I'm using Skematik/Revolution theme and WooCommerce.
http://store.sawdyarts.com/ is the site, but as I said it looks right, it just doesn't work correct right now...
