I'm creating this multi-language webshop in WP with WooCommerce and Qtranslate, but I'm having some trouble accessing the files I need to edit in, e.g. to change the text on tabs and buttons.
For example, when I try to go into wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates through a ftp programme such as filezilla, it comes with the error "550 failed to change directory". It is like I don't have permission or something? This happens several times when I try to access different folders.
I'm fairly new in this field, so I just hope it's just something I have completely missed. Does anyone have a clue why I can't access some of these folders and what I can do about it?
