siriusly on "[Plugin: WooCommerce - excelling eCommerce] How to sell custom digital product for one customer only?"

I've searched forums and googled like crazy, but can't find this answer:
Is it possible to use Woocommerce plugin to sell a download to one specific customer (that is... one custom digital product created specifically for one customer/user) and not show that product to other users/customers?
If so, does it require paid addons?
If not, any other plugin suggestions?
