ucmj22 on "[Plugin: WooCommerce - excelling eCommerce] new order email missing"

Using woo commerce 2.0.4 and received our first order since upgrading. When I came in this morning I had a payment confirmation from paypal, but no new order email from the woo software. I set the order status to processing, still no email, I resent new order email from the order page and still no email. any ideas?
