Same thing happened to me. I had to go to my downloads and make sure the theme (Canvas, in my scenario) was completely up to date. This is different than updating the WooFramework from within your WordPress admin dashboard.
You need to actually go download the latest theme version from WooThemes, and then upload it to your site. Then make sure the framework is up to date.
Your broken site looks similar to mine when it was broken, so attempting to upload an updated theme folder couldn't hurt.
