Have you also updated your theme to a WooCommerce 2.0 compatible version of the theme? What theme are you using? If it's a WooThemes theme, there is a newer version available which has been made compatible.
If you are using a non-WooThemes theme, please contact your theme author to see if they have released an update to make the theme compatible. If they haven't done this, I'm afraid you have no choice but to make it compatible yourself (this document should get you started) or switch themes.
