J on "[Plugin: WooCommerce - excelling eCommerce] Shipping methods selection skipped resulting in no shipping cost charged"

How do i force the selection of a shipping method? or set the minimum to be the defalut already selected?

Right now if someone clicks Order without selecting a shipping method the order goes through without charging for shipping.

how do i solve this?
