Sorry you're still having issues @saundersfamilyfarm. I agree, it seems like a lot of us are experiencing this issue and a few have commented that there hasn't been a sufficient acknowledgement from Woo regarding it.
On last thought. Do you have "Specific Countries" (with Canada chosen, in your case) set under all of:
- the WooCommerce General tab
- the Canada Post tab under Shipping
- the Free Shipping tab (with Free Shipping Requires... A valid free shipping coupon)?
You may not be using the Free Shipping option, but you don't have to really use it unless you create that coupon.
I've also got all options checked under the Shipping Options tab, except for "Only ship to the users billing address" and "Collect shipping address even when not required"
I'm just passing along what my setup is. As I said, shipping on our shop is now working (somewhat mysteriously) and without an actual solution from Woo, trying to find the right combination of settings may be all we can do...
