I think you meant to write "admin panel" since cPanel is hosting platform control - not WordPress admin control.
Anyway, check your theme templates. If you have prices set for products and they don't display then it's possible that the theme templates are out of date. Either that, or you may have a plugin interfering.
A quick test is to temporarily activate TwentyEleven or TwentyTwelve theme, then view your home page, if you see prices it's definitely a theme issue.
