hsamee on "[Plugin: WooCommerce - excelling eCommerce] Purchase Confirmation Email"

I have the WooCommerce settings checked to send emails after purchases. I placed a test purchase and no emails were sent.
Also, even though I added an image to be placed at the top of the emails, it is not appearing when I click to preview the email.
How do I fix this?
