Rockyboy on "[Plugin: WooCommerce - excelling eCommerce] without logout after login with my account"

Hi,

I just updated with woocommerce 2.0.8, but I got a problem, when customer login with "my account", there is no an option to "Logout", I have checked woocommerce-setting-pages, the logout page is missing in there, too. How can i fix this? rockycycling.com
