Only solution I can find: Enter the dimensions of each product, along with weight. For me, it will only provide a shipping quote if I enter dimensions. You will also want to turn on the recommended packing method, and enter your available boxes and maximum weight for each available box. It's time consuming, but it's the only way I've been able to get it to work.
