I have similar problem.
But with physical products.
Some products - in selected countries only.
Others - worldwide.
I would be great to have functionality to add shipping rules.
And to post a notice for each product like Ebay and Amazon does:
Something like: "Shipping worldwide" or "Shipping to selected countries" or "Available worldwide"...
