can't figure out what I am doing wrong:
US based woo store needs to charge tax for all orders shipped within the state.
(yes, I read http://docs.woothemes.com/document/setting-up-taxes-in-woocommerce/)
Products taxable, standard tax class.
Tax Options: enabled, enter prices exclusive of tax, based on shipping address, display during checkout excluding tax.
Standard tax rate: Country US, State AZ, Zip and City *, Rate 9.3%, Name AZ Tax, Priority 1, Compound/Shipping empty.
Any order from within AZ does not show tax. Even when I replace country and state with *, no tax calculation happens.
I even checked with all other plugins disabled.
What am I missing?
