I have a client who receives online orders from all over the country, but only needs to charge taxes for in-state customers.

My question is "How do I reflect this in the "Tax" setting of the plugin?

More importantly, if this question not appropriate for this forum (i.e. I need to purchase Woo Commerce Support for this kind of question, kindly advise.
