got it fixed!!! i guess woocommerce is not good for me :-( I have a shopping cart on it http://expresatecollections.com/wp-admin/ and all i was looking for was international shipping options instead of just flat, weight ,free,price base shipping...any recommendations??.....aside from that problem solved :-)....thanks
