I also experienced an an issue with 2.0.11 in regards to the Product edit screen. Fields get deleted on page load and everything below the woocommerce custom options panel simply don't show up. Hopefully they will release a fix soon. meanwhile I'm reverting to 2.0.10 and so should they!
