I've an issue with the http://www.vetimedical.com/checkout/ page, it doesn't show the new user registration form although i've check the "Allow registration on the checkout page" in woocommerce/settings/general

I've noticed the http://www.vetimedical.com/my-account/ page is showing the registration form, why not the checkout page then???
i've tried to check the option "Activer la commande invité (aucun compte requis)" in english: activate the invite command (no account needed) but wp is still asking an account to process the order...
Thanks in advance for your support this is really getting me crazy...
