Nokao on "[Plugin: WooCommerce - excelling eCommerce] Add-On request ? add mandatory extra product / fixed tax"

Hi !

I need to add a 9 € fixed tax to cover paypal transition costs in our e-commerce, actually I'm using expedition cost to do that because we sell digital services, but "shipping" appear near this "tax".

Can you help me to fix this someway ?
