Wild at Art Atelier on "[Plugin: WooCommerce - excelling eCommerce] Sidebar and Categories"

I would like to create a Shop page simialar to this one:
http://shop.spanishandsisters.com/default.aspx
Where only the Categories appear at first and where I have a Sidebar with the Categories, Cart, Terms and Coditions, My Account, etc.
Could anyone tell me how to do this?
