WillieO on "Did woocommerce crash?"

I just went to order extensions via the checkout at woo and the checkout was realllly slooww then i got an error message sending me to wpengine.com asking me to sign in.
Has anyone else had this problem. I'm not sure if i want to give them anymore money for a shopping cart extension if they can't even seem to operate they're own. if you go to support.woothemes it aslo shows an error
