Good afternoon all,
Since a couple of days we’ve ran into an issue.
On the back-end (WP Dashboard) it shows the following message: “You have met your current threshold of 150 orders per month. This threshold will reset on the first of next month”.
On the frontend it also shows all of our products Out of stock and displays the following message on the page: “We are not currently taking orders for the rest of the month – come back on the first of next month!”. However, in the backend the products still have stock available for selling.
We have no clue what may cause this problem.
I hope anyone on this forum can help us solve this problem.
