On the checkout page of the Wordpress website I'm working on, the "Billing Address" form does not show up.
The Billing Address form is supposed to appear on the left, and the Shipping Address form on the right of the checkout page, but what I get is a blank area where the Billing Address should have shown up. The Shipping Address form appears.
I'm using a modified version of the Responsive theme, but I also tested on TwentyTwelve and it does not work either, so I don't believe it's a theme related issue.
