If they attempt to create a username and password from the checkout page a notice appears
Error processing checkout. Please try again.
The error happens when using a credit card with the braintree payment gateway

Hello,
buyer place order on my site and pay with paypal so woocommerce show note that IPN payment completed. Order status changed from Pending Payment to Processing. but then he submit complaint on paypal and i get message: Order #4504 has been marked on-hold due to a reversal – PayPal reason code: buyer_complaint

so woocommerce change status automatically from processing to hold and show note on order that

Payment reversed via IPN. Order status changed from Processing to On Hold.

I talk with buyer and he release payment and i get mail that

Reversal cancelled for order #4504
Order #4504 has had a reversal cancelled. Please check the status of payment and update the order status accordingly here: https://mysiteurl.tld/wp-admin/post.php?post=2804&action=edit

I want to know that if woocommerce can change status from processing to on hold at reversal by paypal so why it can not change status from on hold to processing after reversal cancellation.

or i did not configure anything correctly?

am hoping someone can help me please – was running a site using wordpress and woocommerce – when i logged in it said there was a new version of woocommerce and to upgrade now – which i did.
then i got a bunch of errors like below – and also the web site is no longer opening and is giving the same errors below too and i cant login to the WP admin as its also giving the same errors and no login page….

really appreciate if anyone can help please ….

Hello, I am using this plugin on my website http://test.yuvayana.org/ I am getting problem in password reset process. When user clicking on the reset password link in mail, it’s again redirecting to the lost password form to enter email instead of new password form.
I also checked by deactivating all plugins but problem still same.

I just installed woocommerce on my website and i noticed that the location of the shoppingbasket is not how I want it. I would love to be able to change the size so I can manage to keep my menu in 1 row.

Also the extra navigation beneath the headmenu is it possible to remove that?

Hi there,

This will probably be a super simple question and I’m most likely missing something.
I’m developing a plugin in which I need to show a certain category with a sidebar (subcategories & price range selector) on a view/page as if I was seeing a category in the store. I tried the shortcode but some stuff is missing such as ordering and list/grid view.
How can I archive this? Can anyone help me or guide me towards the right place?

Hi,

I am trying to fetch orders via the REST API (GET /wp-json/wc/v1/orders). I want to be able to fetch orders that have a date_modified greater that a certain time.

I can see that the API allows this sort of a query on the date_created, but not on the date_modified. Essentially, I need to keep polling for orders that change (unfortunately, I cannot use webhooks).

Is there someway to do a search and orderby date_modified? These requests are being made via a Java application.

Howdy, i have set up shipping options and cost which are clearly visible on the desktop view on the store but when customer go to the checkout using a mobile device. The default shipping options are not visible. instead customer see a

Q. how to set backorder properly?

Info: I have it activated and tried both “allow” & “allow and notify customer”. However, it only results in either
1) only one order can be made and the stock level remains at zero, and I tried deleting from the shopping cart which it wont disappear. This seems to be glitched.
2) it simply says “this item cannot be purchase”

Hello-

I have a shop page with two Product Categories, one that has products with prices, and one that has no prices. I have a WooCommerce Sidebar that has a Price Filter widget as well as Layered Nav widgets for various product attributes.

For the product archive page for the Product Category with no prices, the WooCommerce Sidebar does not show the Price Filter, which is awesome as the products in that Product Category have no prices.

However, when any product attribute is selected from one of the sidebar’s Layered Nav widgets, the Price Filter shows up and shows prices from products in the other Product Category. This happens whether the Layered Nav widgets are set to AND or OR.

Is this the intended result? Is it possible to have product category archive pages that operate independently (within themselves) in terms of Layered Nav and Price Filter widgets? And why does the Price Filter only show up when one of the product attributes is selected from a Layered Nav widget?

I am currently using JWT authentication to allow users to login to my WordPress app. However, this is causing a 403: “woocommerce_rest_cannot_view” error whenever I try to list available products through the rest api. Is there any way to allow all logged in users to view the products?
