Hi

I have recently added new products to my Shop, and when testing everything I came across few issues. PLease note – my products are virtual downloadable only.

1. Once the transaction is completed on Paypal and I received my email with the downloads link, and go back (as a customer) to the website – the cart is not emptied and the checkout page is still there. I have to manually cancel the transaction in the checkout to clear it. This should happen automatically.

2. There was a problem with the download of one product (which wasn’t linked correctly). Testing as a customer, I received an email with the download links which said that my order is now complete. When I clicked on one link to save the file however, I got an error messaage appearing in my browser that “the file could not be downloaded as the source can’t be found”. .

Of course I went back and linked correctly that file on the product page. However the problem is that I (the seller) did NOT receive any error notification, the order was marked as complete and I would never know that the customer was unable to download the product they have purchased.

That’s a serious issue, and I have had it before. An order can only be marked as complete once the product file has been successfully downloaded by the customer, and if there are any errors, such as the source file can’t be found – I should be notified.

Have you by any chance fixed these issues in the current update? if not, could you please advise how to fix them.

Finally, two questions:

The checkout doesn’t tell the customer that once the payment is confirmed they will receive an email with the download links. How can I include this important information at the TOP of the checkout page?

Do you encode the download links? in other words, are my downloadable products secure and protected from unauthorised downloads? When I hover the mouse over the link name, I can see the full download path.
On the product page, there is your instruction next to the file URL that the URL it should be already encoded. HOW?

Hi,

I’m having a problem here. Currently, we’re using a theme for our business. However, the theme didn’t support the payment gateway that we’re using. So, we decided to use this plugin. So, this plugin handle all the orders. Others, such as adding a product is handled by the theme. Now, we would like to add a coupon code for a few product but i noticed that the product stored in Woocommerce is different with the real product stored in theme. Some even have duplicated ID. Some product that exist in theme didn’t exist in woocommerce. This is a big problem. Anyone have faced this kind of problem before ? Please help.

Hello,
I can’t get the categories to show up in the store. It only shows “None” under the “Filter” menu.
I tried:
Deleting and readding the categories (under Products – Categories)
Setting a different category as Default (not setting it)
Adding products to different categories
… I can’t count them, but I’ve tried everything that I found on the internet.

In a nutshell: categories appear correctly and are functional in the backend, but in front end(under Filter) they cannot be found.

For some reason my category pages are blank, yet all the products are still in their respective categories and I can view products individually when accessed via the Admin side of things. If I try and change the Shop page to display products instead, they just don’t show up. Help! Any ideas?

I didn´t update from version 3.5.8 yet. I am a bit scared seeing the problems here. Is it safe to update to Version 3.6.2 ? The shop uses Avada.

Or should i wait? Are there security reasons to update now?

I’ve created a “product.update” webhook for testing purposes and every time I update a product, my app gets 3 requests from WooCommerce app. I wonder how can I make WooCoomerce send only one webhook request? I’ve tried to send 200 OK response back but I still get 3 webhook requests.

While using woo commerce Restful api, I ve noticed that, because I have too many variations in my product, woo makes multiple request to get variations and per page it sends 10 variations. I want to send at least 50 variations per page in single rest call. How can I resolve this issue.

I cannot access to product page on the admin as soon as I upgrade to 3.6 version.
As soon as I click product page link, then it just keeps loading the page but doesn’t actually open.

Hi,

I have a self-hosted WP eshop http://www.mementerra.cz. I’m using the WC API to fetch eshop orders so that I can do other procedures with them (I’ve self-coded this in PHP). Everything’s been working just fine until 2 days ago (I guess when I updated the WC plugin), when it stopped working and upon debugging on localhost, I keep hitting this error.

Hi,

I have added couple of tabs on Product Page and it’s working on laptop but when i tested on Mobile, https://prnt.sc/ngnwt9 , to open another tab, We have to click one Tab Title only, if we click right side of the tab it’s not working.

Can we do something.

Hi there,

I updated my woocommerce and woocommerce database yesterday and everything seemed fine but now I’ve seen that my product attributes and categories have disappeared but they’re definitely stored somewhere as my product shows the different price ranges that the attributes/variations caused. Also I can’t save any new attribute as they disappear but shows in the top right that there are X amount of variations but none are being shown.

I have tried restoring a backup of the site 2 days ago but to no avail and this has caused my entire store to grind to a halt as we can’t sell tickets this way. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My other domain that is running woocommerce 3.5.7 is working as intended and displays all the variations still. If not able to get this running on 3.6.2 can someone direct me to where I can download 3.5.7 and reinstall that to my domain to get working?

Any help would be greatly appreciated as this has caused my store to become unusable.

I have a SPA that provides frontend to the shopping cart.
Previously, I had access to the customer’s session by wc()->session but right now I get error: PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_customer_id() on null

How does it look in the code (part of the code):

public function get_cart_total( WP_REST_Request $request ) {

}

The same issue reproduces for me in all versions for WooCommerce 3.6+, so I stay on Version 3.5.8

Hi,

I have a illumination shop and I’m looking for a solution to display specific categories at the end of a product description.

An example: a pendant luminaires use a specific bulb connection (light sources), by example E27 bulbs. So, at the end of te products, instead of refering relative individual products, I would like to refer relative Categories.

Can this be done?

Hi,
Using Woocomerce When customer receive email after purchase it includes “order#” in the email which is actually linked to wordpress admin dashboard. I don’t want my customers to redirect to wp-admin link page.

Here is image of the email that my customer get. You can see that order# is a link and its linked to wp-admin/post.php something which requires login.

When importing my CSV file with the built-in CSV Import tool, My products seem to be imported fine, but then I get the message of Out of Stock and realize that variations aren’t being imported. Furthermore, the option “Used for variations” is UNCHECKED for all the products, as if Woocommerce Import tool isn’t recognizing that by putting Variable and Variations should check that.

I can assure that the CSV file is perfectly constructed, this just happened to me for the first time. Just in case here is the file.

Hi,
The woocommerce product image were working fine in our development environment. After migrating to live server, the product images are not displayed. It works only for images with size 150px but in product page the image looks blur.

Kindly help me to solve this.
