Add custom text to Shop Page

Hi All,
I’m looking to add [auction-nudge tool=”listings”] to my Shop page (I’m using Woocommerce with WP).
However, the Elementor tool doesn’t allow me to edit the page (as I have not paid for the Pro version). And the basic WordPress edit tool does not display anything.
I want the products/categories to appear on my shop page first. Then my custom code to appear underneath.
Any advice appreciated.

Variable Product – Impossible to set-up “Price” (“General” section disappear)

Hi everyone,
I’m having huge issues on solving a problem when I set-up my product as a “Variable Product”.
When “Single Product” is selected I can see and edit all product details.
When “Variable Product” is selected, the voice “General” (where you should write the price) disappears and makes impossible to set-up the item.
I’ve already tried to deactivate all plugins, update the theme and WooCommerce and all tips I found on the blog and online but nothing really works.
Do you have any suggestion?

Adding variants to virtual products (woocommerce)

hello, i am creating my first wordpress/woocommerce site. i sell services which do not require any shippings or downloads, so i guess that categorizes as a “virtual” product. I need to add variations to these services.
Example:
Service 1
-full service $70
-part 1 only $40
-part 2 only $40
“Virtual product” is only selectable from the “simple product” option and not available when the “variable product” option is selected.
i have spent hours doing all kinds of searches to figure out if, and how this may be achievable. I appreciate any and all help. thank you

need some help… when I activate Direkte Banküberweisung I get Ungültiges Produkt each time 🙁 I see the order is being placed in the bankend but it never completes the order process and shows only Ungültiges Produkt.

TTFB is increadible high

Hello
Through datafeedr I have set up an affiliate shop. Unfortunately, the pages load time is insane slow. Sometimes it takes 8-9 seconds to get to the next page of products. Obviously, the problem concerns TTFB, but can anyone explain to me what exactly is causing the high load time?

Error when deleting products

When I try to delete a certain set of products (about 20% of the products I try to delete), a page opens stating “WordPress > Error” with the message “The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” however no email arrives. This happens for both products sold before and products that have not been sold before.

single product not whowing when clicked

I use theme DavinciWOO (Aliropship plugin) I also connect to printful.
Recently when I am on the shop page or whereever a list of products is showing – I cannot click on a single product without error.
The link is correct but the product does NOT show up as a single product with price ecc to put in my cart? Is this due to an update or something because it used to work..

Product Description HTML/Styles Broken

I’ve been trying to create a pseudo-web page style product description like those commonly found on larger woocommerce-powered sites.
I’m not unfamiliar with writing html and css but the problem I have is whenever I use the Text mode for the product description (the long one, not the short description), the description content goes all over the place. It becomes messy and what I assume is TinyMCE omitting the background images via css with background: url().
The only other option I have is to use iframe which is far more complex than it needs to be. And that presents a lot of other problems too.
Is there a secret and easier way that no one shares that can do exactly what I need? I just need to display a pseudo-web page inside the product description. Or perhaps a way to replace the TinyMCE with something like a block editor? It’s not like it parses html properly anyway.

SQL-92 and Woocommerce

I tried running some sites with Digital Oceans managed Mysql-cluster as a backend but it didn’t work. Woocommerce causes and error (related to fetching product attributes i think) due to a malformed SQL-query. The error is ‘SELECT list is not in GROUP BY clause’ and is due to the MySQL server having ONLY_FULL_GROUP_BY option enabled and all resolutions I can find regarding this is to turn it off, which is not possible since it’s a managed sql-server.
Is there any chance that Woocommerce will update and adress this issue and comply with modern (sic!) standard like SQL-92?

Minus Stock Value

Hi Guys,
So I host an online store for my sister’s second hand clothes business – due to the nature of the business, there tends to only be one of each item for sale.
To launch this round of sales, she opened up the store for browsing 24 hours earlier, without the payment gateways open, to allow people to browse and add things to their cart, then at a set time turned on the payment gateways for people to check out – I believe it was a very busy opening, with around 50 orders in the first couple of minutes.
However – this seems to have caused a problem, with numerous items being oversold – where the stock was set to one and no backorders allowed, but multiple people have been able to place orders for the products, leaving the stock level at -1, -2 etc and in the worst case -4 stock, where apparently 5 of the product have been sold?
I searched and found something saying where concurrent orders are placed this has been noted to occur, but the post was a couple of years ago, so i’d assumed if it’s a bug something would have been fixed?
I did have Cloudflare running, the host (Ionos) provides this and it’s a one click set up sort of thing, so i’m not sure of the advanced level of specs behind this setup, and there is a speed/caching plugin set up, could either of these two be the culprit?
