Hello,
I have an issue that when I update the quantity on my store from the cart page and hit “Update Cart”, it is moving the page downwards towards the footer. Ideally, I’d like the page to update the quantity/totals and not move anywhere, thus retaining the same view.
I have very little experience with anything beyond html/css, hence why I’ve hit a wall.

Hello!
I am creating an e-commerce for a customer and he wants the tax rate not to be applied to the discount.
If a product is $ 100.00 and the discount is 20% the fee must be applied over $ 100.00 not the result ($ 80.00)
The standard of fees in woocommerce applies on the value after discounts not before.
Can anyone help me?
I search everywhere for a plugin or code to do that but i can’t find.

Basically, I wanted to change from using MailGun for transactional emails (Woo was working with mailgun), to my GSuite Google account (for better deliverability). I set up the sender according to their API instructions. Test Emails from the plugin settings arrive, form submissions through Elementor arrive, however, email notifications from WooCommerce do not arrive, which indicates some problem with WooCommerce, Gmail, and the WP Mail SMTP plugin.

Avoid this plugin like the plague!!
I purchased the following plugin a few weeks ago and ran a prize draw at the weekend.

The draw was for a £600 product and we sold 100 tickets for £5 each
This evening, we performed a live draw on facebook for the winner.
When we selected the winner in the software, instead of emailing just the winner it emailed EVERYONE telling them they had WON!!!
I’ve now got dozens of ticket holders demanding their prize and a lot of very unhappy customers.
Have contacted the developer (FantasticPlugins) not so fantastic more like and woocommerce but have not received a reply. THIS IS URGENT and could have huge consequences.
My advice is if you have this plugin REMOVE IT IMMEDIATELY. it shouldn’t even be available to purchase!!

After update to version 4.3.0, my site http://www.toonsmag.com broken. Not working, white screen. In the admin dashboard, it says, “There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions”. In frontend “There has been a critical error on your website”.
Is there anyone who has an idea of how to fix the issue?

I had to disable the plugin trough c-panel on the hosting account. I´ve also tried installing older versions of the plugin since the wordpress is not updated.

We are on wordpress with LearnDash LMS system(for selling courses via woocommerce) + buddyboss theme.
we sell consultant courses, our courses are service courses and should be extended monthly.
We also have 10 service type A, 5 services type B, 2 services type C:
we want to make 3 membership plans, in plan C we give the customer every 3 type of services but depend on what kind of service she/he (customer) choose!
For example, she can choose from services type C the fourth one, from type B the third one, and from type A the first one.
And then he buy these learndash courses(services) and the 3 services will be actived for her in her profile.
We also want to add a service manually to her membership if she didn’t choose the service type C manually.
how can we do these? with your membership? plus gravity form or what?

After updating to Woocommerce 4.3.0 on WordPress 5.4.2, I get the following error within WP Admin backend:
WooCommerce XXXX_wc_reserved_stock table creation failed. Does the wordpress_sedm user have CREATE privileges on the sedmorg_wordpress database?
Specifics:
1. PHP 7.3.19
2. WordPress 5.4.2
3. Kleo theme.
4. MySQL 5.6
5. Windows Server 201
6. Plesk 18.0.28
7. MySQL database user has EVERY permission possible within Plesk.
8. Checked PHPMyadmin and table “7iRkQ1_wc_reserved_stock” already exists.
Troubleshooting so far:
1. Tried backtracking PHP to previous version. No change.
2. Tried deleting XXXX_wc_reserved_stock and Woocommerce recreates it quickly.
3. Tried manually updating Woocommerce Plugin to 4.3.0 through FTP. No change. Did this because Woocommerce plugin is large and sometimes times out because of PHP timeouts because it is over 40MB and takes 30 minutes just to upload.
4. After all the above measures, the error persists.
It looks like this is a Woocommerce 4.3.0 version BUG. Can you confirm this and fix it please? Any suggestions?

I keep receiving an issue when adding an item with variations or add-ons to basket then entering basket and pressing back again – doing this I receive an issue that displays the following:

Dear Sir,
After upgrading to version 4.3, my site has stop working and apache error has the following:
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Exception: Invalid data store for admin note. in {some_link}/woocommerce/packages/woocommerce-admin/src/Notes/DataStore.php:127
I covered the actual link with {some_link} for security reason.
I had to restore woocommerce back to 4.2.2 in order to get my site back on,
please advise, thank you!

Okay, this is the problem.
WooCommerce kvlK5HQ_wc_reserved_stock table creation failed. Does the MYZ1992 user have CREATE privileges on the wordpress_1b database?
In my PHP it’s an empty page? help? I’ve already reinstalled woocommerce but that didn’t work.
I asked WooCommerce to help me. They don’t want to do that because I didn’t buy any products from them. So I have to ask it here. I really hope someone is kind enough to help me with this and knows afcourse how to help with this weird problem.
Unfortunately I cannot show you my website because my website is offline. Otherwise I’ll receive orders that I can’t deliver… I’m still busy with the layout of my site.

I have an english woocommerce installation and my store also needs a german translation but i don’t have access to the webhost, therefore i cannot change anything in the language directory of woocommerce.
So is there any possibility to add a language in the admin interface or do i need access to the wordpress directory?
If i can’t add a language is it possible in the admin interface that i switch the language to german?

Hi all,
I am using Woocommerce with the Amelia plugin for selling packages of services in various sized blocks (e.g 1hour, 5 hours, 10 hours). There is therefore only a single product type in Woocommerce as each of the pacakages are handled by the Amelia plugin.
The thing I am struggling with is managing the burndown of the account balance afterwards. So, for example a customer will buy a block of 10 hours for, say, £300. Woocommerce takes the payment and books the order, Amelia books the first appointment slot.
After this I need to be able to track how many hours of the ‘block’ have been burned down and maybe create an account with an account statement.
Are there any plugins for Woocommerce that can cater for this or s there a better way of doing it?
