We have over a thousand products in there that took several months to put there with images and all. an hour ago I updated woocommerce cause it said it needed that, but then it said it failed, and all of a sudden there is no woocommerce plugin, all the products are gone, and the website is down.
I currently don’t have access to the woocommerce login and hosting provider (I believe it is Microsoft azure). I will get access soon though.
Help is highly appreciated.

Salve, ho un problema con woocommerce credo, in pratica ho dei prodotti che sulla bacheca risultano esautiri, ma il realtà sono disponibili. Questo succede nella lista di prodotti, quindi io leggo ESAURITO, e quindi mi confonde perche poi in realtà l’utente riesce anche ad acquistare, tra l’altro se faccio modifica rapida e imposto su disponibile non si modifica la voce. Adesso associando Bman software per la gestione del magazzino, i prodotti una volta sincronizzati sono per lo più esauriti.

We have had 2 occasions in the last week.
Customer makes an order, goes through checkout and pays via stripe. But then the order is showing to us and them as cancelled by customer. Neither were cancelled by anyone.
Both have had their money taken by stripe.
Stripe say
“Okay, well it seems we were sent a request from WooCommerce to create this charge for a customer. At which time the charge was made. Once that happens there is no way within Stripe to cancel this at all. So it seems like you may want to reach out to woo commerce to see why this is showing as canceled on their end. When the payment was successful.”
So any ideas what the issue could be that is allowing stripe to take the money but then it is showing as cancelled to us

Hey,
I want to create a variable product for refunds where my customers would be able to enter the following information: Jeans color, Old Waist Size, Old Long Size, New Waist Size, and New Long Size.
In each of those are 5 or more options, and that would lead to over a thousand combinations. Also, note that I can enter only 50 by once.
I was wondering is there any simpler method to solve my problem?

I registered a custom product type which extends WC_Product_Variable class.
In the backend, I can create custom product and set its attributes and variations.
But on the front-end, I am getting
This product is currently out of stock and unavailable.

I use this plugin; https://nl.wordpress.org/plugins/wc-place-order-without-payment/ to have an order process without payment. The proces is more a ‘I want to rent this products’ and from there one the customers and site owner get in contact.
But it can happen that an order changes after this. You can only change the content of an order when the status is ‘Pending payment’. So I would like to have all the order to start in this status. Is this possible?

Hi. I added a new tab to the My Account menu with a code. I would like to translate the new tab from English to Dutch. Is there a way to sell a product by unit or weight in the same listing. E.g. Can I list apples and give the customer the option of either buying 5 apples or 1 kg of apples? I have only been able to find ways of listing either by weight or unit not by both.

I’m setting up a multi-vendor ecommerce site using Woocommerce and Dokan Plugins. Only agricultural products will be sold on the site by me and other vendors.
I want to add a private product category only available to me (not available/visible to other vendors) whenever i am creating a new product. For exemple When i (as the website admin) create a new product i can see/assign the product to the private category. But when other vendors are creating new products, they sould not be able to see/select the private category.

I recently updated the Woocommerce plugin to version 4.3. When I go back into the wordpress admin I no longer see the dropdown to visit my store.
I attempted to deactivate the plugin then reactivate it again to no avail. Below is ‘Fatal Error’ message.
