Database full – payment token meta

Hi there,
We keep having a database issue, which I believe is due to the size of ecv_woocommerce_payment_tokenmeta – 1.4GiB. This site only makes 3 sales per day, so it shouldn’t be that high. We found that WP-cron was disabled with no cron jobs set, so we fixed that and it took care of things for 24 hours, and then we were past the limit again. SiteGround is telling me it is the WC plugin causing the issue. Any thoughts?

Analytics Reports do not include TODAY’s data

Setting commission on buyer total price

Hi,
I’ve set up my marketplace with WooCommerce and WCFM. I set a commission for admin on a percentage on the product. The payment method is credit card trough a plugin from my bank.
I’d like the commission to be added to the buyer’s total buying price rather than deducted from the seller’s total gains.
Basically I want the buyer to see that he is paying the commission. When the buyer is about to pay with his credit card, I want him to see :
Product price : 10 €
Taxes (20%) : 2 €
Admin Fee (10 % of product price) : 1 €
Total price : 13 €
On the documentation, I can’t find anything on that subject.
Maybe another plugin ?

Tax rate by country not working even though geolocation does

Hi
For some reason the ‘tax rate by country’ function has stopped working on our web shop.
We are using the ‘standard’ tax rates and we have set all different tax rates for EU, UK and US on the tax rate table. These settings used to work perfectly until sometime this spring. Now I am getting the UK tax ( shop home country, 20% ) on all products, regardless of where I am visiting from.
I just modified the header for debugging so that the current geolocated country code is visible at the top of the page, and by using a VPN I have checked that the geolocation works correctly in all EU countries, the UK and the US.
I have read all docs I can find, and also Googled all forums etc. but I fail to find any solution – or reason for the sudden failure.
The general settings, tax settings and geoip database config are all as they should be.
It is crucial that we provide correct VAT in each EU country, so I would be really grateful for some help on this.

Want to tweak checkout UXP

I’m the web developer for funnytimes.com, and I’d like to make a (major? minor?) adjustment to the standard WooCommerce checkout screen. I’d like to present customers with the option to log in or continue as guest, at the top of the screen and with the UNM/PWD fields right there. Logging in would return the customer to the selfsame checkout screen, in a logged-in state (thus exposing some additional login-related options, e.g., an address book; that would happen automatically, as the plugin providing that function evaluates login state during checkout screen pre-processing.)
Is there a plugin or template hack, somewhere in the WooCommerce ecosystem, that allows this alternative checkout experience? I’m keen to find a solution that will continue to co-evolve with WooCommerce as it inevitably changes, so something from an established plugin development team would be clearly preferable to a DIY template hack. Plus, I don’t trust myself to get a DIY hack impeccably right.

Importing Products Hangs Up

I am using the WooCommerceCore import tool to import product and it is hanging up and NOT completing the import. I have two items setup so I exported the csv file and added two more item with the identical information except the product name has been changed. So everything is exactly the same data wise so I don’t understand why the import is hanging up. Can some one please help me??

Emails are in english text not danish

Hi We started a project to build a Danish store in Jan and use WPML translate to convert English text to 4 Danish however it was a pain in the neck and didn’t work well.
The client then wrote all site in Danish and we removed WPML and also changed the global language setting in WordPress to Danish.
However, the email message ‘order received’ etc.. order despsatched sent via Woocommerce are still in English? I’ve downloaded the templates from the Woocommerce plugin folder and noticed they are still in English. If we change the text here will this fix the problem? (I’ve noticed some people mention using the LOCO language plugin however after the bad experience with WPML we don’t want any more issues with translation plugins.
Any advice on how to fix this issue will be greatly appreciated

Variable product price does not appear correctly in the cart

Hello guys
Client asked me to add for different pieces show different prices.
I set product as Variable Product. And add two different attributes. For example 1000 pieces 1750$ and 2000 pieces 2200$.
But when i choose 2000 pices and add to cart. It shows 1750$ in cart. Whatever i choose price doesnt change. I researched but couldnt find solution.

Pay Later Instructions Duplicated Message

My client has the pay later option enabled, we have named it Paper Check. In the instructions box, the text we have shows up on the thank-you page twice. He’s quite frustrated about it looking “unprofessional”.
Using plugin version 6.5.0
Is this a known issue? Is this something within the template build that is the issue? Thanks,

Complete Uninstall Giving Error

I need to re-setup WooCommerce on a client site, they are on Siteground and had used it before and jacked all up. I installed it and found it had products and settings etc so I want to wipe out the database.
I followed this uninstall method here, https://woocommerce.com/document/installing-uninstalling-woocommerce/#uninstalling-woocommerce and added the
define( 'WC_REMOVE_ALL_DATA', true );
to wp-config.php then deactivated the plugin. I then tried to delete and it fails,
gives me an error up top saying
Deletion failed: There has been a critical error on this website.Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.
Is there an SQL option I can run to purge the DB of everything WOO so I can restart? Thanks

Hi there,
Is there a possibility to widen the “td” or the “ul#shipping_method.woocommerce-shipping-methods area as in the first picture ( https://snipboard.io/RnACM4.jpg ) you can see?
The “th” ( https://snipboard.io/xQJ7DO.jpg ) area could be narrower.
Example the “td” or the ul#shipping… area could be 2/3 of the whole size and the “th” area could be 1/3 of the size.
I would like to change the both of the shopping basket and checkout page sizes. 🙂

Impossible to find all images

Hello,
A freelance I hired did a mistake with WPML.
He duplicated all my content 2 times.
I deleted the biggest part but I still have some pictures that I need to delete.
And when I delete an image, it seems that it is not completely deleted.
For example, I have an image named Telephone-Xiaomi-Redmi-9A-Bleu-1.jpg (the “-1” here is because I rank my image to know in which order to put them).
I have 3 times this image and I don’t which one is attached to the product so I delete them 3 and I upload a new one to replace it.
But even if I deleted the 3 images and cleared the cache, when I add the new image, its name is now Telephone-Xiaomi-Redmi-9A-Bleu-1-1.jpp. The second “-1” is here because it seems that WordPress find at least another image with the name Telephone-Xiaomi-Redmi-9A-Bleu-1.jpg even if like you saw I deleted them all. Would you know why WordPress /Woocommerce thinks that there is still an image named like that whereas I already deleted them all ?

Order Woocommerce Order Cancellation

Hi, Woocommerce Support Team,
I am using Uafrica plugin for shipping in woocommerce
When I fulfilled the order on uAfrica, the original status was on hold, and on fulfillment, it said canceled. So according to uAfrica, Woocommerce gave notification of a canceled status yet I never canceled the order. In fact, was delivered.
However, Woocommerce sends a notification of cancellation. Please could you tell me why Woocommerce is canceling the order automatically?

WooCommerce aimed the cheapest item on the cart – error in the code

I still have the possibility to add a code to Woocommerce so that when user applying a certain coupon, the 2nd product is a 50% discount.
I find this code. It is working, but it’s just not aimed to the cheapest product. Where is an error ? Thank you very much
