Hello @woocommerce team,

I’m trying to use the option “Limit purchases to 1 item per order” but it doesn’t seem to work if :

1. the client had a past order of 5 items before the limitation was set in place

2. now he is using the “Order Again” button from his account (when viewing the old order) that places is his basket the amount of products(5) he ordered before the limitation and the order passes without an issue.

Can we do something about this ?

Hi, the problem is simple. Everything work correctly but when I tried to enable the payment through Apple pay or Google pay, I pay and the website doesn’t let me pay because it says that I have to fill all the informations required. I’m using also the plugin WooCommerce Checkout Manager by QuadLayers
Let me know if someone has some informations that can help me.

Hi, hope you’re well.

I seem to be having issues with the manage stock option. Set as default “yes” in the main WC settings – however I started to notice it is not checked “yes” in a product’s edit area. The stock file CSV contains qty’s of each item, however these don’t show up on each product.

Slightly confused as to what setting has switched this on or off – I had to change to manage stock “yes” manually. And still seem to be having issues. I used to see “in stock (number)” in the products list – now that doesn’t appear?

Any way to manage stock “yes” to all products and for all new products? I feared it’d cause me some issues of over selling and it has! This morning an order came in for an item that is actually out of stock!

For a couple of weeks I discover a problem.
What I think it’s happend after a update from Woocommerce/Wordpress or Astra.
If I am on my shop page: https://model-kits.nl/shop/ there are buttons to add the product directly in the cart.
That was always before.
If you click now on ‘bekijk’ (it’s dutch) you go to the product.
That is not what I want and was never before.
I want that after you click on the button the product will be added to the cart.
I can not find a option to change the behaviour of the button in the settings.
Anyone can help me with it to change the button so it will be after click on it the product will be added to cart?

I have a strange problem with order status:
Order status changed from Delivered to Shipped.

After somedays of delivered, order automatically change to shipped and resend email to customer “your order have been shipped” with invoice.

What can case this problem ?

I have ‘Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce‘ and ‘TrackShip for WooCommerce‘

Trackship said their plugin only change status from shipped to delivered.

Hey there – my woocommerce store is being really odd – when I change and save a sales price on a product (in this case it’s a simple product) it doesn’t update after I click update, it reloads the page and nothing has changed. I was able to add a schedule to the sales price, but then changing it didn’t work. . There’s lots of wierd things like that happening all over. Any tips or hints? I’m quite happy to do any coding required – I just need a guiding hand as to what I should be looking for. Is it a plugin conflict somewhere perhaps?

Hello,

I am working on a full site editing theme (twentywentyfour) having problems to show upsell products on product detail page. In page editor on the Single Product Template I see a Related Products block. I already checked all other available content blocks. And all product hooks (e.g. add_action … ) does not seem to work neither. Am I missing something? Any idea on how to output upsell products on product detail page?

On my website. on the New Order notification email, it doesn’t show the Postcode of Billing & shipping address and the Delivery fee. On the Backend of the website I can see it. I just don’t see it on the email I am receiving after a customer placed an order.

After sending all kinds of documents to Billingo support and arguing with them for six months, they repeatedly claim that the problem is with WooCommerce. When I click on “Prepare an invoice” of a completed order (no invoice has been issued yet), I get an error message, “LOCK: Generation in progress, wait 10 minutes.” No amount of waiting will help.

Could you please help me, at least guide me in the direction I should look for a solution. Many thanks, in advance!

Hello Everyone,

I’m currently facing a recurring issue in a WooCommerce store that I cannot explain. Users are purchasing items that are currently out of stock.

Background: We are a service provider managing a WooCommerce store for one of our clients. For some products, we have added additional variants where we offer items in a different quality condition (e.g., used). We manage the available quantities via the WooCommerce REST API. Additionally, the store is connected to Billbee, which handles the stock of the “classic” variants. Our variants are set up as normal variants in the shop with the following settings:

Product Data:

• Variable Product
• Stock Management Disabled at the Product Level

Product Data > Variants (see also the response from the REST API):

• “Manage Stock?”: Enabled
• Stock Quantity: 0
• “Allow Backorders?”: Do Not Allow

The Issue: From our logs, shop display, the REST API, and Billbee, I have confirmed in several scenarios that the stock was at 0, yet a customer could purchase this variant, causing the stock to drop to -1. I cannot replicate such a purchase myself, as I always receive appropriate messages in the shop on the product detail page: “Out of stock” and “This product is unavailable. Please choose a different combination.” when trying to add it to the cart.

My Thoughts: Could it be possible if JavaScript is blocked or if the item is displayed as available through Google/other search engines? Has anyone encountered a similar issue before? Is there anything I might have missed checking? Any help would be greatly appreciated, and feel free to reach out with any questions.

I was uploading a csv file of products to add in my woocommerce pruducts, it include images url as “url1,url2,url3″… Each url ending with proper file type – .jpg, .png, etc.

In review section before uploading, it shows me the right urls, but on uploading, upload fails and in upload error log, it shows me “unable to use image: (then my url but distorted)”

Basically, it converts

I have the following strange phenomenon in a Woocommerce shop (with Avada theme), all the latest updates: For Austria and Germany, a limit of €70 is set, above that shipping is free. This works wonderfully, EXCEPT: as soon as the order total is between €8 and €9.99 (regardless of whether it is only 1 product or several, even different ones), free shipping is activated in the cart! Below and above this, it works perfectly, but not with this order total. What could be causing such a strange error?

Hi,

I’ve just launched a new product but hit an issue – my webpage does nnot seem to be displaying the woocommerce payment option buttons (paypal, applepay, googlepay etc) in other countries. I tested all payment options before launch to check they are working, and have retested them ust now – they are working (I live in AUstralia – however when I check how the page is rendering for someone from another country (eg USA) the buttons do not seem to be appearing. I have a product in my store that contains both virtual & physical products. I would like WC to send virtual files only when I complete the order (i.e., the order is received by the customer).

Right now when the user pays for the products – they immediately receive virtual products on their email.

How can I change that?

Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing an issue with my WooCommerce store where the SKUs in historical orders change when I update the product’s SKU. This affects the accuracy of order history and exported order data.

Here’s an example of what’s happening:

1. I created a product named “August Commercial Workshops” with an SKU “AUG2024”.
2. Placed several test orders for this product.
3. Updated the product’s SKU to “SEP2024” for the next month’s session and changed the product name to “September Commercial Workshops”.
4. Noticed that the SKU in the historical orders also changed to “SEP2024”, instead of remaining as “AUG2024”.

As an alternative last resort method, I’m considering making the old products drafts and duplicating them with the new SKUs and updated information. This would ensure historical order data remains accurate, but it seems a bit cumbersome.

Is this the best way to handle this issue, or is there a more efficient solution to ensure SKUs remain static in historical orders? Any suggestions or recommendations for plugins or custom code that can help resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
