Hello, this is on a larger running eCommerce site so this is a big deal. I used an import / export to get past products, users, and customers onto a new store. I had to make an interesting change where tax all showed up as 0 until I deleted the duplicate order_tax post meta number that was overriding the original taxed number.
Now with some orders coming in, tax is not being added to the order, and I’m having issues adding it manually via the edit-order screen, it won’t stick. How can I get some fast help, this is a really bad one for us :/
I understand it may be related to my database work or the import / export process, but anything you can give me related to tax not appearing on orders even though they should, please do.
