TTFB increases a lot when user logs in

Got an issue where if you login to this WooCommerce store then the TTFB goes from 0.1s to 1.5 seconds.   I have tested another WooCommerce site (link is above) and it seems to have the exact same issue.

I have been trying to run X-Debug to find out exactly what bit of code is causing the issue but have not been able to configure it yet.

This site is hosted on a UK server and is using Cloudflare with APO enabled. So when the user is logged out the page must be getting served from the CF cache and when a user logs in this will not be possible and so the TTFB is significantly higher.

I think the solution will have to center around some specific caching settings for when the user is logged in or stopping certain WooCommerce code running that is slowing down the site when the user is logged in.

I know that when a user is logged in there is more dynamic content which cannot be stored on the server but such a huge increase should be avoidable i would think.

This site is integrated to a Learning Management System. Before December, this integration was managed by Edwiser however, now it is done by a custom app with a token being stored which manages the login between the 2 sites. The way this integration is managed is also something which I will be looking into more closely.
