I think this problem started when I upgraded to the latest version of WooCommerce as it was working fine before.
When I load the store page, there is no sidebar and the tab at the top (in google chrome) says "Products Archive" which is different to what it said before (which I think was just store).
I've checked that the sidebar is selected and it is.
The theme I'm using is RT-Theme 17 v.2.3
I'm new to all of this so don't have a great deal of technical knowledge.
