I am not sure I am asking this in the correct place. If not, I apologize.

I am using PayPal pro for a gateway. It was working, now it is not. On checkout, I get:

Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements

It works for my base state – GA – but not others. I only have 2 shipping methods, freight or small parcel. Shipping is free for everything, I only ship to the lower 48. I have ‘ship to all countries you sell to’ checked, and the United States is listed as the only country. The Untied states is also listed as my shipping zone.

I can’t find any whacked settings in Pay Pal Pro and have looked this up but haven’t found a solution. I have no idea what changed. Force SSL is checked, guest checkout is checked…

any suggestions on what to look at? Thank you in advance. This is a tad frustrating.

Woocommerce not hidden attribute in product page that “out of stock” when 30 var

I have a question about Woocommerce not hidden attribute in product page that “out of stock” or not checked “Enabled” when 30 variations or more were created.

Let say that I have 2 attributes. first is size(1|2|3|4|5|6) and second is option(A|B|C|D|E|F).

In correct situation. example, item 2A is out of stock (I’ve checked ” Hide out of stock items from the catalog” in Woocommerce setting). When select size 2. Then option would show only B|C|D|E|F . But My site shown “A” too. If I select it there’s message “Out of stock”. I don’t want it. See this link problem

This problem occur when unchecked “Enabled” in its variations as well. and produce message “Sorry, no products matched your selection….” when select it (item 2B).

Then I duplicate above item and remove some variations to be not over than 30. The problem disappear! No choice for out of stock or not enabled variations. See this link no problem

I’m not sure where and how to solve it. I have 2 hosting, They have same issue. I fresh install new latest WordPress and using default theme with only woocommerce 3.5.1 plugin downloaded, still have issue.

Any advise would be great appreciate.

Error connecting Square to WooCommerce

I am trying to connect my new WooCommerce store to my Square account. I have installed the Square for woocommerce plugin and followed the instructions to connect my account. However, on the Square “Permissions” screen, when I click to allow, I keep getting the error message: “An Error Has Occurred. Please Try Again”. I have tried on several different browsers and get the same message. What could be causing this to happen? How can I fix it and begin taking payments on my store?

Action/Hook/Filter to add tax status to mini cart items

Hi,

I have a site using Woocommerce with a Storefront Child Theme, and I need to add the tax status (i.e. taxable, non-taxable, shipping-only etc) into the html of items in the mini cart.

Is there an action, hook or filter included with either Woocommerce or storefront that I might be able to use for this?

Remove product archive from shop page

Hi

I have a standard WP page where I’ve manually layed out content and added woocommerce short codes for products. I’ve also set this page as the woocommerce shop page. I need to disable the product archive from being shown at the bottom of this page, but can’t see how I can do that. Is there some custom pho that would prevent that from being shown, while still allowing the products to be shown with shortcodes on my WP page?

woo commercePlug in don´t work after update wordpress 4.9.8

Helle all,

I am new here and I am not a specialist more an enduser but I did the following:

Update Plugins: e.g woo commerce; woo commerce germanized…
Then after that I did the wordpress update to 4.9.8

I got no negative message only one: germanized pro is not able to update due to missing content

The problem:
– orders page -> I missed some screen option on woo commerce plugin which are important:
e.g.: orders number and actions, they were before update viewable but now just 4 pieces on screen option: products, shipping details etc.

Can somebody help me? Thanks and best regards Thomas

Lost half of translation after updating to 3.5.1

Hi
After I updated to 3.5.1 WooCommerce seems to have lost quite a bit of Danish language.
So now it is a mix of Danish and English – like when I receive the order confirmation the title is in Danish but the text is in English. The same in the shop.

I installed Loco Translate, but there I can see WooCommerce as 99,7 % translated. And the untranslated strings are not the ones I am looking for.

Any idea on how I can get it back?

Can I use an existing product as an Add-on for another?

Good afternoon, I have a quick question. I am selling tables, and as an Add-on you can purchase a cover, which you can also just buy on your own. But I do want to have the on there. I would love for the customer to just click yes, and automatically have the size of the cover match the size of the table. The price of this Add On will change the overall price depending on the size. Table size determines cover size.

Can I just link up my existing cover product as an Add on, so that when they click Yes it auto fills in the size requirement and price change? Or is there another way of doing this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Choosing custom colors

Good afternoon, I want my clients to choose a color for a piece of furniture. For an extra charge, they can request a custom color. How can I have that as an option in my variable product? I could also do this as an Add On.

Whichever way I plan on doing this, I need the costumer to choose this custom color from a list given to me by my paint provider. Basically, they have to choose a color that this company has. Any ideas on how I could do this? Any information would be greatly appreciated!

.mo translation file not working after updating woocommerce to version 3.5.1

i recently updated the woocommerce to version 3.5.1 and now when i customize new .mo file ( woocommerce-fa_IR.mo) located in wp-content/languages/plugins, doesn’t work.

even when i upload previously customized mo file to wp-content/languages/plugins doesn’t work.

any help ?

Update Failed!

Hello! At one point I had Woocommerce installed but uninstalled because I wasn’t ready to use it. I’m now ready to use it and on the plug-ins page, I hit ACTIVATE. After a longer than normal time, I receive the following message: UPDATE FAILED. That leads me to believe I have the plug-in hiding somewhere hence the update failed message? I don’t know. All I know is I can’t activate the plug-in. Can you please help me? Thank you!

Product Images Not Loading

I’ve encountered this issue where my site isn’t loading the product images on the shop page or featured images placed on other pages.

The images seem to appear fine on Safari but my client uses Windows and is constantly having issues with the images loading.

We’ve changed themes and disabled all plugins attempting to troubleshoot this issue and can’t seem to resolve it. Any suggestions?

Shipping / Tax Plugin for Australia International Store

Hi Guys,

Hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

We have been operating an online store domestically in Australia. Then feeding products to EBay and Amazon for international customers.

However we are now getting to the stage where we would prefer to offer our products to international customers directly from our storefront.

I am trying to understand how we can offer our customers a Delivered Duty Paid total value.

Can anyone chip in suggestions for Couriers and any plugins that calculate the correct tax rates for the destination country?

I stumbled across a service called avatax but it appears to limited to the US only.

Shipping cost not changing based on state

The shipping costs seem to stay the same when putting in different addresses. I did a test with a Colorado address and a Indiana address and when it goes to checkout, the same shipping amount is displayed for the both.

I am using the USPS plugin for Stamps.com, so it is generating the rates based on their standard, but something in my settings not correct, because again it is giving me the same amounts for each state.

Can you help me figure this out?
