Hi. Do anyone know how to change the ID of a variable product?
To explain; When adding a variable product, say t-shirts in three different sizes and colors. Then we have six variations, and they all get an unique ID when in the product page / Productdata / Variables. Here the ID is set with an # when looking at them in wp-admin.

I have a product for sample named Kinship (https://www.bellissimocoffee.com.au/product/kinship/).
Where issues are:
– cart page displays product variation separately from the product; counting it as a second product with 0.00 price
– new-order-email being received also displays the product separately from its product variation
Whenever a customer chooses among the product variations, the cart counts it as two different products selected (product name + chosen product variation). By default, you can see below the dropdown that there is already a “1x Kinship”. However, when I choose among the variations, it adds up and the cart notes it as two selected products. Please see screenshots below:

With that, it’s resulting to a weird new order email that we receive. Product variation is being noted as a separate product in the form; making it quite confusing. As you can see from the screenshots below how order product is presented in the new-order-form layout.

Hey there,
I am building a Woocommerce shop and I am doing good – I just have one problem I cant find a solution. (The shop is not online right now)
1. There is one product, I need a additional field in the checkout to get extra information
2. The field must be an open text field
3. The field should be integrated in the checkout, but just if a specific product is placed in the cart
–> So if product A is in the cart, an additional text field should be shown in the checkout
I already find plugins to add additonal fields in the checkout, but didnt find one, where I can just show the fields for a specific product.
Does anybody know a PlugIn thats a solution for my problem?

Good morning,
I encounter an issue of performance since the latest update of WooCommerce (version 3.5.1).
In fact, when I uninstall the plugin, the site load the content correctly but with the plugin unable, the content is load slowly.
I use Ajax and WordPress API to load the content but The problem is not only on a Shop or product page but also in a listing of Custom Post Type page.

Hello,
I want to display another line of price in the single product,price template.
The example should bellow should explain what I mean.
<p class=”price”><?php echo $product->get_price_html(); ?></p>
<p class=”price”>Pickup Price<?php echo ($product->get_price_html() * 2.25); ?></p>
So basically I want to have a different price for pickup shown on the product page.
If I use the above code I get ‘0’ shown.
I tried a few different ways but nothing seems to work correctly.
Any ideas on how I could the the result I am looking for here?

Hi,
Just updated Woo yesterday – and today, new products doesn’t show up as newest.
Created and published a product an hour ago, and it’s not under newest. I don’t have any cache-plugin installed.
Is this a bug??

Hello. I have such a problem with woocommerce plugin. Since last upgrade of woocommerce to last version I can see “×” instad “x” in dimension section in variant product. So I can see for ex. “&15times;15×15cm” instead “15 x 15 x 15cm”.
Official support recommends me to disable every plugin (try to plugin conflict) and activate storefront theme. I trie both of theese solvings and still no success (this means that problem could be in original woocommerce plugin). You can watch screenshot of this issue here:

Is there anyway I can make the zoom image only use the ‘large’ size set in WordPress or set the size elsewhere as the original images are too large and too many to upload again, without a great deal of work.

I have built a custom shop for http://www.beautyhills.de, the project works good on most instances – but there is a serious issue regarding order completion emails. Sometimes, they get sent normally after the order status has been set to “complete”, but sometimes the customer receives this Email multiple time – this varies from 5 to 50 Emails (until the Email Log I installe says “Mail quote reached”).
The PHP Error log is not showing anything suspicious on the time of the order status change, all I could find was a discrepancy between Email Times and the Order status log – for today´s example, the emails started going out at 07:50 while the Shop tells me the order has been set to “complete” on 08:01 – is it possible that this is causede by server load / lag / something in this direction?
The Customer tends to use the Order overview and then just change status for multiple orders to complete – can this be a reason for the issue to happen?

Hey guys,
I have the opposite problem of a few questions that’ve been asked in here…
I’m building a website for a client using WooCommerce. The ‘store’ isn’t really for shopping, it’s just a catalogue so I’ve disabled all the add-ons that allow you to put something in the cart, check out, etc.
Everything is fine except when you go into mobile view the little shopping cart icon still appears on the menu, even though I’ve disabled it. I need to get rid of it so customers don’t get confused and think they can buy directly from the site.
Any way to fix this? Can’t send a link of the site because it hasn’t launched yet. It may look fine once it’s launched, but I’d rather fix it before then so everything is perfect.

I’ve got problems on my woo-commerce shop page. Well I’ve started it but it looks a right mess. The product image is partly hidden by the top bar. Furthermore, when you scroll down there is an ugly duplicate of the picture separated by some sort of margin which I cant get rid off. Not sure what the settings should be in Ocean WP settings. I’ve tried everything to rectify this problem, as I want to add more products to my shop, but dont want customers seeing the page like this. Can you please help me. I’ve spent all day on it and just dont know what to do anymore. If I try and add a different theme like Shopisle it basically overrides/ messes up my whole website.with Christmas coming up want to try and sell some of my stuff if possible. Can you help or give me a few pointers please.

Hello,
I have an issue while enter specific zip/postcodes for shipping. I added list(17007) of postcodes one per line when i save settings and click on shipping tab it gives fatal error.
How can i handle long list of postcodes ?

Hello,
I have too main problems on the main menu on the “card tab” when i hover it my my mouse :
– the sentence “Validation de la comande” ( In french ) is way too long and go out of the box.
– the text “price and subtotal” appears in light grey, which is unreadable on a white background
( I have a picture but i can’t send it with this post… )

Hey Guys,
Since the last update from WooCommerce a website of a client of ours behaves weird. When someone orders a product and they go to the shopping cart everything looks great. But if you leave the check-out page without ordering and then go back to the check-out from the cart, the shipping address is set to the billing address. But when you go to the user dashboard and view the shipping address from there, then the correct address is still there. So only in the check-out page this is altered. This wasn’t the case with the previous version of WooCommerce 3.4.5. (Updatet to 3.5.1)

Hello,
When a product is no longer in stock, I have the following mention which appears: “Only 0 left in stock” (surrounded by green).
I would like to have the mention “out of stock” (
and with an order button unavailabled)
I thought it was a mistake of the theme used, but I tried with other themes and it’s the same thing…..
I updated my version of woocommerce….
am I the only one who has had this error since the update?
How to solve this problem? Thank you.

Hello,
After using WooCommerce Deposits plugin https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-deposits/ for over a year a new problem arose after a recent update.
Normally, our products are low stock items. After a customer places the order with a deposit, many times the stock of that product goes to Zero. They used to be able to log in and still pay the balance even if the stock was at Zero. After a recent update, if the stock of the item they are trying to pay the balance for is at Zero, they are getting an error message stating “the item you are trying to purchase is out of stock, you are unable to pay for this item”. The only way to allow the customer to pay is to actually adjust stock.
Anyone know why did this start happening?
