How I can show all categories under the product on the shop page.

Right now, it is only showing only one category, which comes first alphabetically.

30 minutes ago suddenly getting this error when trying to add to cart

“One of the associated products is unavailable.
You cannot add this product to the cart.”

No chnages have been made to the site or pluhgins.

Please help.

Currently there is only pagination available for all products under this page https://wardrobeicons.com/shop/.

Want to add pagination to backlog of products under certain category (in example above would be the category “bags”).

Regarding the variable product, is there any plugin can achieve this function,
when i create a product model 1, model2, model3, etc, then I will create 2nd group options, it can be called “model 1’s parts”, model2’s parts, model3’s parts.

How can achieve this function which when the customer chooses the model1 at first, how to just show the “model1’s parts” option only ( or make the model2 or 3’s parts can not be chosen), if customer chooses model2 at first, how to just show the “model2’s parts” only?

Hi.
I’m having an error message on the top of my dashboard.
I really appreciate if someone can help me through this.
It doesn’t has impacts on the site actually (or it’s just me not knowing).

The message is this :

Few hours ago, I have myself locked out from my dashboard, and I ask my web developer to fix it, and they deactivate all the plugins, as I requested.
Now, I try to install some important plugins, like woocommerce, and it’s there.

Can someone tell me what should I do to fix the error?

I recently updated to 4.0, and cPanel is telling me that my CPU/Account executions have skyrocketed in the last 24 hours. I reached out to Siteground tech support for more info, and here’s the response I got:

Hi again,

I’ve noticed pages with Apple Pay (product and cart pages) continuously load. I’ve disabled all plug-ins, switched themes and the only thing that stops the endless loading is to turn off payment request buttons in woocommerce settings. Has anyone ran into the same issue?

I have a weird issue.

I use Storefront theme.

When using desktop the products shows the correct price in both product list and product page.

When using mobile some products shows the correct price in product list but the wrong price on the product page.

Any idea what’s causing this problem?

Recently I’ve been experiencing issues on the backend of my website. After a customer places an order on my site, the order details dont show on my end and when I go to check the status of the order under the woocommerce order tab, the order shows the message ” error saving order”. Not sure what the issue could be. Attached is an image of the error that I’m getting after an order is place on my site.

I have here 4 diferent sizes and 27 diferent textile colors, of this 27 colors:

– 7 of them are the same price 10€ for example
– the other 20 are the same price 20€ for example

now in variations i have to add like 100 diferent variations, is there anyway to merge all does 20 so they have the same price and i dont have to do so much work?

Webhooks failing after the WC v4 update. What has changed?

Hello,
On version 4.0.0 you have added the missing “bestRating” and “worstRating” params to structured schema data. #25667.
But is not working properly. After testing them using Google´s structured data testing tool, we realized that many products with multiple reviews gets the following message: “Your rating value was out of the default range, you must provide best and worst values”.
For example, there are products with only reviews of 5 stars, and then, the aggregateRating shows a rating value of 5.16, which of course makes no sense at all…
Please we need you to fix this.

So i’ve been trying to find a hook or someway to just use the value in the “sale price” input of the product as PERCENTAGE over the price instead of setting the price itself, any help would be much apreciated, thanks!

After update to woocommerce 4.00 the shipping method for Switzerland is missing unless a canton (state) is set. For other countries like Germany and Austria it is not necessary to set a state, only for Switzerland. Before the update it was not necessary for Switzerland too.

Does this have something to do with the following update?

Hi, is your (COD) option on woo-commerce working here in the Philippines? Because eCommerce here in my country is so big and in-demand, i Want to use woo-commerce for my personal eCommerce site (http://irishoplist.com/), i’ve using your plugin since 2013 for my clients.

Ps. i don’t want to use shopify even though they have (COD) option because they always have “pagedown” and expensive subscription.

I updated wc from 3.9.2 to 4.0 last night on my staging copy. Things were going smooth until I started the wc database updates.

There were about 70 pending woocommerce_run_update_callback on the scheduled events status by wc status dashboard. I tested the wp cron file works. I tried pushing the wp cli command wp wc update and it gives me a success for updating the db to 4.0.0

I still see Pending events with wc scheduled events – so my question is should I delete these pending events?

After the update and getting to the woo database updates, pending scheduled events were never executed and it has been more than 20 hours. Looking at Site Health section, it shows scheduled event, action_scheduler_run_queue, failed to run.

and it shows The Rest API encountered unexpected results
The REST API call gave the following unexpected result: (401) {“code”:”rest_forbidden_context”,”message”:”Sorry, you are not allowed to edit posts in this post type.”,”data”:{“status”:401}}.

Now what should I do? WC 3.9.2 was more stable I guess and honestly who cares about new reports on dashboard that never worked at first place…

Goodmorning comunity. I have this quetion. I have a csv file with 1000 products, but i don’t heve the relative img, I’d like to take them from the web using the product ean13 cod. There is a plugin to do this in woocommerce?
