Dear all

I have an online store using WP & WooCommerce but I have been facing few issues and couldn’t resolve them even though i have reinstall again

First, one product is getting duplicated all the time, every time I deleted, it shows again with different price and quantity. Sometime get duplicated more than once. I ended up keep it as draft.

Second, cost of sales for one product is not recorded in quickbooks (maybe because there are two items in the store)

Third, cost of sales or quantity sold for another product is not all counted. For example, on Mar. 8 sold 3 PCs but only cost of sales of 2 pcs is recorded.

Fourth is the duplication of order numbers that cause the second transaction with no invoice.

Hi,

We have few staff, we cannot handle more than 50 orders per day.
How can I block orders if we receive more than 50 orders in one day?

No Shipping Options to Canada, UK, New Zealand?

Hi,

After updating to Woocommerce 4.0, the shopping cart automatically displays “Enter your address to display shipping options”, and when the customer selects a country, for example, United States, Canada, UK or New Zealand, it displays a message that there are no shipping options for your country.

This message goes away when the customer fills up ALL his details in the shipping cart such as state and postal code.

To reproduce this issue, try changing the country between UK, Canada and New Zealand in the cart and the message will automatically pop up that “there are no shipping options to your country”, UNLESS the customer also fills up the state and postal code, which can be very frustrating and confusing during the checkout phase!

This is very confusing as the customer gets the initial impression that there are no shipping options at all to his country during cart checkout process. The geolocate feature in woocommerce only applies to countries and not states, so the customer has to manually fill in the state before the cart would display the shipping price.

I selected flat shipping for Canada, UK and New Zealand but this issue keeps cropping up in the woocommerce cart – it wasn’t like this in previous Woocommerce versions!! Something is very wrong here and it is confusing the entire checkout process and making this confusing for customers.

Could you please let me know how to fix this cart issue? It would be great if you could revert to the previous version where the shipping costs in the cart would be displayed based on country, and not when the customer fills up his entire address details!

This is an issue that would definitely affect our conversion rates and sales, please correct this as soon as possible. Thank you.

Note for orders – that are BIG and BOLD and hard to ignore!

I want to add notes to my orders.
I want to make them be very very very big and hard to ignore.
Currently, I can add notes – but these are in standard writing and super easy to not notice.

A big banner going across the top of an order screen would be great. 🙂

Not sure what to search for in plugins. I’m guessing these must exist already?

Hi everybody,

I spend hours of finding a solution by myself and searching on google for people with similar problems, but I couldn`t find an answer. Maybe one of you guys can help me?

After a customer placed an order on woocommerce and payed (with paypal, for example), the status of the order at the backend is automatically changing from “whatever it is” to “processing”.
Is there a way to disable this automatical status changes?

I would be very grateful for advice or solutions.

Woocommerce Wishlists with Hello Elementor

Hi,

I’m using the Woocommerce Wishlists plugin with the Hello Elementor theme and a custom built single product page (built with Elementor Pro), but the ‘Add to widhlist’ button isn’t appearing below the ‘Add to cart’ button which is what I expected to happen. Is there something I need to do to get it to display? If there’s a hook I can use or a shortcode that will work.

How to stop a category from showing products within the subcategory?

A category I created has a couple of products as well as a few sub categories with products.How do I stop it from showing those sub categorized products without affecting the couple of products in the main category? I have the products listed in hierarchy under the sub-cat.

Hi everyone,
I just want to have separate woocommerce_email_order_details for admin-new-order.php. If I customize email-order-details.php it will be change for both admin and customer! but I want to have separate order detail tables! cause I just print new order emails with an Invoice printer and such an ugly table with table tags cannot play nicely in html format with invoice printer! at the other hand I need to attach Logo and barcode to the admin email header which is not possible with plain text email format! (as I found).
Simply I want Plain email format + image in email header but only for admin new order email.

“Out of Stock” message on product with no available variations

Hi,

If all variants for a product are out of stock, the ‘out of stock’ message only displays when the variants are selected individually.

Is it possible to change this so, if all variants are set to have ‘0’ stock, the product should show a ‘out of stock’ message before any variants are selected on the front end (this will save the user from clicking through the variants and see they are all out of stock)

WooCommerce Dashboard 100% CPU

Toggle off the module doesn’t work because the server is 100% CPU as soon as I access the WooCommerce Dashboard.

EU Vat Changes – Different rates only when number entered

Hey there – my EU clients are reporting a new regulation where all users need to be charged a flat VAT rate equal to their home countries effective rate when it’s a PERSONAL purchase.

However, when a VAT number is entered and it’s a business purchase, they need to be VAT taxed at their home country’s effective rate.

I’m using the EU VAT NUMBER plugin from woocommerce and trying to wrap my head around how to accomplish this.

Has anyone implemented this or know a strategy that would work?

What’s the best way to show both the exc vat and including vat prices on the product pages, including the variations?

I’ve managed to get this working on the normal product pages, but can’t figure out the best way to achieve this for the product variations too?

/shop/ in permalinks settings causes pages not to be found

In /wp-admin/options-permalink.php if I set the Product Permalinks “Custom base” to “/shop/”, any url that is mydomain.com/shop/any_product results in page not found/404.

If I change the setting to anything but /product/, the same thing happens. When I do set it to product/, /shop/any_product redirects to /product/any_product.

Anybody have any idea? Because a recently cloned staging site (a separate WordPress installation, not created using a staging plugin) with all the same plugins does not exhibit this behavior.

As you can see in provided link I am in a specific category (called ‘Zeskamp’) but it’s also unfolding the other categories of the same level (like ‘springkussens’).

I don’t want that behaviour. Can this be disabled?

Hello,
On a product page on my ecommerce site I have several long reviews https://www.sonicnuance.com/product/tdi/ . I would like to hide them with a clickable tab so that a user can see them if selected. Is this doable and/or could my theme be causing issues?
